Since the protests started over a month ago, a slew of celebs have been seen supporting the movement including Gossip Girls‘ Penn Badgley, actress Susan Sarandon and rapper Kanye West, just to name a few.

It looks like Russell Brand and Katy Perry are down there right now. Known for lending their name to causes they believe in, Katy and Russell have decided to lend their support to the current protests.
