This Maybach Music Group and Pill situation seems to get more and more sticky with every day that passes.

DETAILS: FAMILY FEUD! MMG’s Pill Blasts Record Label!

Last week, the Atlanta-based rapper went on a Twitter rant about the lack of push his label, Warner Bros. in association with Rick Ross’ MMG, was giving him.

SNEEK PEEK: Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Wale & Pill “By Any Means”

Now, Pill is being more specific. He claims that he was never signed to Ross’ label in the first place.

The trap-rapper told MTV:

“I never signed any paperwork with Ross. It was just my deal was over at Warner already,”

This is quite surprising to anyone who has been following the moves Ross has been making. Last year, Ross went on a rapper-shopping spree, signing Wale and Meek Mill to deals.

Around this time, Pill started doing songs with members of the group and it was assumed that he would be the next to sign. That assumption was confirmed when Ross announced that he signed Pill, who was already popping on the streets due to his hood classic record “Trap Goin Ham.”

But Pill is claiming this was all false and he was never officially signed to the label, even though he was all over the group’s Self Made Vol.1 album and appeared on the cover of XXL back in October with all the other members.

Pill explained the details to MTV a little more, saying:

“I never really went on tour with them; I never really did anything with them. The only time I performed on tour with them is when it stopped in Atlanta. They still showed love to a n*gga when it was time to go to Vegas, or Cali, you know, whatever the label had put together for us to be on as a whole.”

Pill says that his lawyers are working on getting him out of the deal as we speak and that he doesn’t really harbor any bad feelings towards Ross or any of the other MMG members.
