Last night was the premiere of CW’s new fall show Hellcats. Starring Alyson Michalka and Ashley Tisdale of Disney Channel fame, the show had a pretty large viewership for it’s premiere. Why wouldn’t it? If the show has nothing else going for it, the cheerleading angle is a certifiable win. History has taught us that T.V. watchers and movie goers will love all things cheerleading.
Whether it’s their cute outfits,perky or sometimes sassy attitudes, or just their general athletic ability (because yes cheerleading is a sport), once you add a cheerleader in the mix it’s a good time all around.
