The 31-year-old stepped out in New York yesterday looking scruffy and super thin. These pics may spark some concern for our favorite former child star’s health, but Culkin‘s rep exclusively told ET, “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health.”
The actor, who broke up with the lovely Mila Kunis in early 2011 after an eight-year relationship, posed for a photo with a fan on the street while holding a can of Red Bull.
