UPDATE: 10:00pm EST

Looks like Andrew Breitbart duped us one last time as it was revealed that the Breitbart.com video footage of President Barack Obama back at Harvard Law was footage published by PBS Frontline back in 2008.

PBS even noted that they had previously included the footage in their election special The Choice 2008.
According to a PBS spokesman-

“There’s nothing new about the clip or Obama’s role in the controversy at Harvard Law School. It’s been online at our site and on YouTube since [2008].”

Before conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart died last week, he promised to release a video of then-Harvard Law Student Barack Obama speaking at a rally on behalf of Prof. Derrick Bell.

Video researcher Andrew Kaczynski released the mysterious video everyone has been talking about.

The video, which Kaczynski says was “licensed from a Boston television station,” isn’t the full clip.

Buzzfeed.com released a 1 minute and 17 second version, but Breitbart.com Editor-in-Chief Joel Pollak and Editor-at-Large Ben Shapiro will appear on The Sean Hannity Show to discuss and release the full tape later tonight.

Last week, filmmaker Steve Bannon said on The Sean Hannity Show that he will make good on Breitbart’s promise to release tapes that he said reveal Obama as a radical bent on “racial division and class warfare.”

“We are going through a series of tapes of President Obama at Harvard,” Bannon said. “We will show them in a week to 10 days.”

What’s your take on the tape?
