Another Tuesday means another Tuesday at the Cool Table with me, Cool Table Jay.
As usual I am going to share a few things with you guys that I came across this week that really caught my attention. Invite your friends, because at my Cool Table, everyone is always welcome.
Tuesdays At The Cool Table With Cool Table Jay (Buyers’ Guide 19)
My favorite item from this week has to be the Missoni x Converse Chuck Taylors that were released this past Saturday. I really like the fact that the Missoni material got incorporated into the standard Chuck Taylor. Sure the price got pushed up to $200, but what else would you expect for a Missoni pair of shoes? The leather tongue makes it rugged, even though the material on the sides make it soft and cool enough to stand out but not overshadow the rest of your outfit.
My second favorite item(s) are probably the collection of t-shirts that Supreme will be releasing on Thursday. I’ve been a big fan of Supreme for over a decade and every season I find something that I really like. After you get past the box logo tees, you’re still left with some really great graphics and when summer comes around you always need a cool tee when a button down is just too much. New York summers get very hot and I love keeping it simple with a nice tee, so raw denim and a cool pair of shoes. Supreme always comes through in the clutch.
