Everything about the ceremony was a secret down to the arrival of the guests, who thought they were in attendance to celebrate Priscilla Chan’s graduation from med school.

When marrying a billionaire, one has the choice to go the My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding route and opt for over the top opulence and incredibly grandiose wedding parties, but not Priscilla.

The new doctor married Zuckerberg in a $4,700 wedding gown by designer Claire Petitbone named “Sky Between the Branches.” The moderately priced gown (by Zuck-standards) featured subtle cutouts, an illusion jewel neckline and a short train.
The bride didn’t make a trip to any fancy French boutique for the dress, the gown is available on the Los Angeles-based designer’s website.
