Clothing company Abercrombie & Fitch is used to being the target of many lawsuits, but this one may be the worst of all.

A former Abercrombie & Fitch employee and model, Benjamine Bowers, is suing the company and modeling agent Brian Hilburn for $1 million after he says he was forced to masturbate, naked, on camera to portray a more relaxed look for his portfolio.

According to TMZ, in 2011, Bowers was an employee at an Abercrombie & Fitch store when one of the casting directors thought he should model for the company and referred him to Hilburn. Hilburn flew Bowers to Jackson, Mississippi for a photo shoot where the alleged incident took place.

It doesn’t end there, Bowers claims Hilburn then took off his clothes and engaged in a size comparison conversation with him.

Now, a year later, Bowers is suing for harassment and feels the photos were just for Hilburn’s own personal pleasure and were never intended to further his career.

This is not the first time the clothing company was hit with a lawsuit. In 2004, they settled a $40 million class-action lawsuit, which said they discriminated against employees by putting them in a less visible area because they did not fit the Abercrombie “look.”

Even though the company is known for controversy and sexual imagery, they just took it too far with this one!
