Tamia revealed some details about her new long-awaited music project titled “Beautiful Surprise,” which is set to drop on August 28th, and also revealed a shocking tid-bit of information: after 15 years in the industry, this was her first time at the BET Awards!

Aside from her first time at the awards being documented for BET, Tamia also has something else to look forward to: Uncle Rush will be honoring her and her husband at this year’s Art For Life for all of their charitable work.
