Here’s what Rebecca has to say about the inspiration behind “Mr. Bright Eyes”:
“Mr. Bright Eyes always makes me feel happy when I hear it. It’s about when you really, really fancy someone and you’re in that loved up phase and you think everything they do is perfect. I wrote it with Brian Higgins on a gorgeous sunny day – it was winter but for some reason it was bright warm sunshine outside and I was really happy and thinking about my crush.”
