Even though the hype over summer releases is simmering down, there are still plenty of movies coming up this fall to get excited for!
Check out the trailers of some upcoming movies of the summer and fall below.
The Campaign: Zach Galifianakis and Will Ferrell have a winner. The Campaign tells the story of Cam Brady (Will Ferrell), an incumbent congressman from North Carolina who gets challenged by a weirdo named Marty Huggins. Backed by two powerful businessmen, the story gets extremely hilarious, incredibly fast. Marty’s non alpha male swag reminds you of how people think Drake is in real life. We highly recommend this hysterical movie.
The Bourne Legacy: If you thought it was just Jason Bourne, you’re wrong! Alex Cross, (played by Jeremy Renner), starts off floating in the water. After several special ops stunts, you soon learn that he’s one of many special agents genetically altered to be a super spy. Amazing chase scenes and an intriguing story will have you on the edge of your seat. This is a great movie to see if a comedy is not your thing.
Red Hook Summer: The latest movie from Spike Lee tells a story of a young boy name Flik who goes to live with his pastor grandfather for the summer. This story tells the tale of what it’s like growing up in the church. The last 30 minutes of this 2 hour indie flick is great, but if you can wait for the DVD, we’d recommend you skip this one.

Trouble With The Curve:
Starring Clint Eastwood and Justin Timberlake, an aging Atlanta Braves baseball scout named Gus sets out to discover if he still has value as a scout and as dad. Gus brings his daughter on his final scouting trip to scout a new top prospect, Bo Gentry. Along the way Gus reconnects with Johnny, a rival scout who has a friendly history with Gus, the man who scouted him when he was a baseball player. Johnny also has interest in his daughter, something Gus does not approve of.
This Is 40: A comedy about Pete and Debbie, who lies about her age, as the movie shows how they are dealing with their current state of life. The blockbuster hit was written and produced by Judd Apatow of The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Funny People.
The Perks Of Being A Wallflower: Based on the novel written by Stephen Chbosky, this is about 15-year-old Charlie (Logan Lerman), an endearing and naive outsider, coping with first love (Emma Watson), the suicide of his best friend, and his own mental illness while struggling to find a group of people with whom he belongs. The introvert freshman is taken under the wings of two seniors who welcome him to the real world.
