It is officially October, and that means all the talk of “what should I be for Halloween” is finally acceptable.
For the next few weeks leading up to the scary sexy holiday, we will bring you inspiration for the perfect Halloween costumes based off of your favorite celebrities on a dime.

Instead of being the same ol’ sorority girl snoozer of a sexy ladybug, slutty cheerleader or something that involves headband ears, our Haute Halloween guide will give you Grade-A inspo for putting together a one of a kind costume on a budget.
This week, we are dressing up as “Blue Jeans” crooner Lana Del Rey.
When dressing like a celeb, the most important thing is not only trying to recreate an iconic, and easily recognizable look of theirs, but to implement other things that the celeb is famous for.
Lana Del Rey’s H&M campaigns are plastered all over the world, making this look an easy one to recreate. Concentrate on playing up the makeup and hair (your own rendition of her coif or an exaggerated wig will do just fine.)
The look is a simple one, but add other things unique to Lana’s look, like flowers in her hair and her hand tattoo that can be emulated with liquid eyeliner or a black sharpie, and you’ll add that extra layer of authenticity.
