Young Jeezy seems like a pretty nice guy. However, for some reason, the guy can’t keep himself out of beef.

A couple of weekends ago, the rapper made headlines when he got into a physical altercation with rival Rick Ross at the 2012 BET Awards.

Before that though, Jeezy’s most well known beef was with fellow Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane, which goes back to 2005. That beef got pretty serious, with Jeezy putting a bounty on Gucci’s chain, which lead to a shooting that involved Gucci himself.

That beef seemed to have gone cold…at least that’s what we thought.

This morning, the homie Gucci was on “The Breakfast Club” and he officially put to rest any kind of reunion between the two. Charlamagne asked Gucci about Jeezy’s altercation with Ross, and Mr. Burrr said:

“Ross is a friend of mine, of course Jeezy is not. I don’t care about nothing that happened to him…Ain’t nobody finna do nothing to Gucci period. Never. And that didn’t happen. I ain’t let nobody push me, mush me.”

Asked if they ever going to be friends:

“Never. It’s respect, walk over here and there gonna be some problems. I ain’t got no respect for him. I just did what I have to do.”

It was also mentioned that there was a time when famed Atlanta-based DJ Drama was trying to bring them together, but Gucci just shrugged his shoulders and said, “It wouldn’t have been real.”

Damn, Gucci always keeps it a hunna.

Check out the entire interview above. It’s good; he runs through a lot of topics including his new tape, Trap God, Waka Flocka and why OJ Da Juiceman don’t really be making music like that anymore.
