According to the NFL, Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis announced his retirement from the NFL at the end of the season:
He told the Ravens “this will be my last ride.”
Lewis has been out of action since Oct. 14 with a triceps injury.
Lewis, now in his 17th year, is a seven-time first team All-Pro linebacker and two-time NFL defensive player of the year.
