Marc Jacobs is keeping plenty busy these days. 

With Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week here, we know that the Marc Jacobs collection is probably his first priority – but Marc also made some time for a Diet Coke break.

The skirt-wearing designer has been named Diet Coke’s Creative Director for 2013 and kicked off his reign with a new ad campaign featuring him shirtless…again.

“I think glamour and sex sells just about everything” says Marc of the campaign, which we know to be a fact based on so many of the other ads for his own brand. What may seem a little odd is Marc’s surprise that people still want to see him without a shirt.

“I still think it’s hysterical people want me to take my shirt off. You know, I’m going to be 50 in two months, so I guess I should be glad… It feels like the decade of me taking my shirt off.”

In addition to his print ad, a video has been released for the campaign featuring Marc in a photo-booth stripping down for a few pictures, only to get caught in the act by a few of his fans who happened to be walking by.
