The teens are being accused of sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor after allegedly having sex with two different 13-year-old girls.

The arrests were made late last month, but authorities are not finished yet. Detectives revealed the arrest of another 17-year-old boy in connection to the case. All three boys have been suspended from school, pending expulsion. The boys have pleaded not guilty.

Lt. Michael Emanuel said the case is being investigated as sexual assaults because of the age gap between the accused and the victims. Although the sexual encounters were allegedly consensual, Emanuel states he is “not minimizing this” as the law frowns upon these actions.

He continues by saying, “It’s very complex, but the case is under control.”

SMH. These kids should be studying for midterms, not playing show and tell Playboy-style.
