Angela Simmons is stepping into the next big stage of her life.
The Pasty Princess is moving away from her post as a sneaker designer, instead diving into the role of designer for her very own clothing line.

Angela recently gave us a preview video of her brand new clothing line A by Angela Simmons and the entire collection looks extremely runway ready, but like all good things, it did not happen over night. Today we have a behind-the-scenes look of what went on during the creation of Angela’s first lookbook for A by Angela Simmons that also included a charity t-shirt for her Uncle Russell’s philanthropic endeavor, Art For Life.
The shoot took place on Valentine’s Day 2013 at Hayden 5 Studios in New York City and Angela’s team, consisting of a makeup artist, hairstylist and personal stylist, were on hand to help her with the project, in addition to the lookbook’s photographer Jason Laba.
