Vice President Joe Biden is determined to crack down on gun laws and convince the Senate to get on board.

Extensive background checks and gun trafficking laws were not passed by the Senate last month and Biden hopes to change that. In an attempt to reverse the decision, Biden will tour the country and attend the South Carolina Democratic dinner in hopes of rallying supporters for his gun control cause.

“He was talking like he was going to be leading it. He didn’t mention any other senators in terms of leading the charge,” said a law enforcement official.

Biden reportedly told a group of law enforcement that President Obama is unaware of his plans.

Within the 90-minute meeting, Biden also reviewed possible mistakes made that led to the background checks not being approved.

Biden refuses to back down and will continue the fight for better gun control.

We’re all for Biden’s cause, but he might want to fill in President Obama, you know, because he’s the president and all.
