Pharrell Williams is no stranger to punk rock!
The former band geek and self proclaimed music nerd has spoken in-depth about his love for the punk genre of music, and it became very clear at last night’s Met Gala that he could dress the part too.
Dressed in a navy gingham-patterned tuxedo by Parisian luxury brand Lanvin, Pharrell managed to encompass punk and Hollywood glamour at the same damn time. It was probably even easier for Pharrell to look great with his beautiful girlfriend Helen Lasichanh accompanying him in a navy jumpsuit that complimented his suit.
Skateboard P put the sneakers away for the evening and opted for a beautiful pair of black patent leather loafers. Additionally, Pharrell finished off the whole “punk” look with a little bit of eyeliner! To be fair, we will call it guyliner and give him the pass because of the evening’s “PUNK: Chaos To Couture” theme.
