Four boys between the ages of 9 and 14 are in police custody after they allegedly raped an 8-year-old girl. One of the boys, who is now 15 years old, was sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to the crime.
This is just disgraceful in 2009, police say the young man and three younger boys lured an 8-year-old Liberian girl to a shed and assaulted her.
‘It’s probably one of the worst crimes that we’ve come across in many years in the city of Phoenix,’ said Phoenix Police’s Andy Hill
