Tyrone Brown was a former U.S. Marine who did two tours in Iraq and was out partying when an altercation broke out with a women when an off-duty officer fired 13 rounds from his service weapon, killing Brown.

The altercation started when the off duty officer, 36-year-old Gahji Tshamba and his female companion left a Mount Vernon night club when Brown felt the behind of Tshamba’s girlfriend, a furious Tshamba shot Brown 13 times at close range, with six shots hitting him. He died a short time later.
