YG, also known as Young Gangsta, first came on the scene with his hit “Toot it and Boot It” that saw major success back in 2009, and while his buzz catapulted on the West Coast in places like his hometown of Compton, YG still struggled with radio play on the East Coast.
But the man has a master plan; his debut album is executive produced by none other than Young Jeezy.
