E! News hostess Giuliana Rancic and her hubby Bill Rancic are considering having another baby!
The already one time mom told the Chicago Sun-Times Sunday magazine Splash about making the addition, saying, “We’d only be so lucky.”

Just seven months ago, the couple’s son Duke Rancic was born via gestational surrogate after Giuliana struggled with infertility and then beat breast cancer by having a double mastectomy.
In the issue, Giuliana also says that her and her man work “to make each other’s lives easier.”

She reveals:
“Bill doesn’t even drink coffee, but every day he insists on making my coffee. And you know why? Because his dad made his mom coffee every day, and he thought that was so romantic.”
How sweet?!
The sixth season of the lovebird’s E! reality show “Giuliana & Bill,” will premiere in June, and according to the maybe soon to be mother of two we can expect to see “a ton of baby Duke.”
