Jhene Aiko is such a breath of fresh air.
The Def Jam singer releases a brand new track titled “Comfort Inn Ending.” The No I.D.-produced track is a melodic, soulful ballad.
“Really we had the perfect end/ that night we shared at the Comfort Inn/ we made love like the world ended, if one of us would have admitted, we were in love/but I was the only one,” sings Jhene.
At the top of the year, Jhene, along with 12 other artists, made our “13 New Artists To Watch” list, and it seems like she’s steadily taking the music industry by storm.
From acoustic performances to touring with Nas, Jhene’s definitely next up.
Jhene’s currently readying her debut album, Souled Out, due out late 2013/early 2014.
