When it comes to the top spot, looks like Selena Gomez wants to “Come & Get It!”
After legally being able to drink on July 22nd, Selena definitely has something else to celebrate. According to Hypetrak, the actress/pop star debuted at no. 1 with her album Stars Dance, topping Jay Z, who held the position the preceding two weeks with Magna Carta Holy Grail.
It’s been projected that Selena’s Stars Dance has moved 90,000 to 100,000 units in its first week. The new Billboard 200 chart will be unveiled tomorrow morning, so we’ll just have to wait on the official word.
Her hit “Come & Get It” peaked at number six on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.
