It’s finally here, the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards have officially taken over the most thorough New York City borough, Brooklyn.
Lady Gaga was the lucky opener for tonight’s award show, and she kicked off the party like a true New Yorker. In a quick three minute performance, the “Applause” singer made an astonishing three wardrobe changes without even breaking a sweat.
Following Lady Gaga’s applause-worthy performance, Miley Cyrus and her little country cakes came out on stage twerking like her life depended on it. Of course, things got a little hectic when a very married Robin Thicke joined Miley on stage for a little bump and grind during his performance of “Blurred Lines.”
