As the album release date of Pusha T’s debut solo album nears, the Virginia native releases an intimate documentary about his perspective on music and his career.

Accompanied by Complex’s Editor-In-Chief Noah Callahan-Bever, Pusha T discusses living in Virginia, the complexity of mainstream fame, his relationship with Pharrell, and the Clipse’s album Till The Casket Drops.

The documentary was shot while Pusha was filming his “Blocka” video in Jamaica earlier this year. As Pusha and Noah ride through the shantytowns of Jamaica, Pusha discusses his state of mind regarding his solo career and the missteps he’s taken in the past.

Pusha’s debut solo album, My Name Is My Name, is due out October 8th.
