Before last night came to a close, it was revealed by People Magazine that Lamar Odom checked himself into a drug rehab facility.
Although his wife Khloe Kardashian Odom has allegedly been one of the main people pressuring him into getting help, TMZ now reports that she had no idea he was going into a rehab center yesterday. The gossip site reports:
Sources close to the couple tell us Khloe never got so much as a heads-up about Lamar’s plans, and was completely blindsided by the report he’s checked in for treatment.
We’re told one big reason for that is Khloe and Lamar have not been talking at all since she issued an ultimatum last weekend — get help or our marriage is over — intending to force his hand on the issue of rehab.
Hopefully Lamar is able to get the help that he needs so he can take the Lakers up on their offer, return home to his wife, and start working on his marriage again.
