No place like home!

Eminem‘s childhood home in Northeast, Detroit – where he spent his teenage years – is currently up for sale by the Michigan Land Bank. The house is being auctioned with a valuation ranging between $33,000 to $44,000.

But this isn’t the first time Eminem’s home has been on the market. In 2007, the “Berzerk” rapper’s former residence was sold for $24,650, with it’s last owner trying to pitch it for $500,000 on eBay because of the famous novelty it held.

And if you’re wondering, this is in fact the same house that appears on Em’s third album cover, The Marshall Mathers LP.

The Marshall Mathers LP II comes out November 5th.
