Chicago police have charged a fifth man in connection with the mass shooting in Back of the Yards which injured 13, including a 3-year-old who was shot in the face.

Four other men were charged last week in the shooting.

According to the Huffington Post:

David Logan, 22, of the 3100 block of South Green Street, was arrested Wednesday and charged in the incident that injured 13 people in Cornell Square Park, police said. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and obstructing justice. Police said Logan also did not have a valid firearm owners identification card.

The other suspects are as follows:

Bryon Champ, 21; Tabari Young, 22; Brad Jett, 22; Kewane Gatewood, 20.

The toddler wounded in the retaliation shooting, Deonta Howard, will have to undergo at least a decade of reconstructive surgery, but his family says his spirits are high as he embarks on the road to recovery.
