Future’s upcoming sophomore album, Honest, was supposed to drop on November 26th. But it looks like there will be no Thanksgiving treat for fans.

The rapper/singer appeared on HuffPostLive yesterday to talk about the project and other pressing matters. Future revealed that November 26th is no longer the date. The ATL-bred rapper said the album will drop sometime between November and December, but there is no set date.

(Yeah, right).

Listen, folks: we been around long enough to know what that means. Expect this shit sometime in 2014, which really is the blow.

It’s also not that surprising. Future’s new single “Honest,” while good, isn’t setting the world on fire: last week it was 25 on the Hip Hop/R&B Songs charts.

Once you’re done being sad about the pushback, watch the interview above: Future talks about a bunch of typical rap shit, like Kendrick’s “Control” verse, going on tour with Drake, and his girl Ciara.
