This is so sad.
The terminally ill 16-year-old who stole our hearts with her rendition of Katy Perry’s Prism single “Roar” has died.
Suffering from brain cancer, Olivia Wise loved to sing and with the help of her cousin, the bubbly teen received an opportunity to record her favorite song at the time – Katy Perry’s “Roar.”
Shortly after the release of her cover, Katy Perry recorded a heartfelt video urging the 16-year-old to keep up the good fight, but last night, Olivia succumbed to her disease.
Katy Perry took to Twitter to wish Olivia peace, tweeting:
Olivia Wise, I can hear you singing with the angels now. Your spirit & strength has inspired me & so many others… May you rest in peace.

We send our deepest condolences to the Wise family. RIP Olivia.
