The day has come: Khloe Kardashian has officially filed for divorce from Lamar Odom.
Earlier this morning, we reported that Khloe had enough and this afternoon, she went through with it and filed the papers for divorce.
TMZ reports:
In the legal docs, filed by disso-queen Laura Wasser, Khloe cites “irreconcilable differences.”
As we previously reported, the couple has a prenup so division of property will be a cinch — they kept all their property separate.
And Khloe is asking the judge to take Odom out of name her name, so she is once again simply Khloe Kardashian … eliminating Odom from her life in every way.
Khloe is not asking for any monetary support and she is asking the judge to block Lamar from asking for spousal support as well.
So does this mean Lamar is not going to get an invite to Kanye and Kim’s wedding? 🙁
