Festival season is arriving quickly, and with confirmation of Outkast performing at over 40 music fests this year, it comes as no surprise that the hip-hop duo will be headlining this year’s Governors Ball in New York.
Outkast share the reigning performance title with Jack White and Vampire Weekend, who are also scheduled to headline the festival on their respective days.
Other notable artists performing at this year’s festival include J. Cole, La Roux, Tyler, the Creator, Foster the People, Disclosure, Skrillex, as well as rising artists like The Internet and AlunaGeorge.
All the action is scheduled to go down at New York City’s Randall’s Island on June 6-8. Tickets for the festival will go on sale today at 3 p.m. EST.
