Disturbing video of a Jefferson Parish officer in Louisiana entering a home and arresting a young man, while refusing to give him a reason, has emerged.

Taped by one of the home’s occupants, the video shows the sheer fear and terror 26-year-old Donrell Breaux experienced as the officer forced his way into the house to place him in handcuffs.

Breaux told WDSU that he believes the officer arrived at the home after a neighbor complaint.

“I think one of the neighbors called them because we was cussing and cutting up on the porch.”

Still, he says, the officer overstepped his boundaries and arrested him for no reason. On the video you can hear Breaux pleading with the cop:

“Look what you are doing. I didn’t do anything,” he says. “I’m asking you valuable questions.”

When it was obvious he wouldn’t get answers to his questions, Breaux continues:

“I am scared, sir. You are scaring me.”

The officer then tells the other young man taping the incident to get out of the house.

“This is my house,” he responds.

When Breaux asks the officer for his name, he snaps back:

“I’m not answering to you! You answer to me!”

That’s when the young man responds with a chilling statement reminiscent of many police brutality cases in America.

“HELP! Eric! Please do not shoot me sir, please do not shoot me. What are you doing?”

Eventually, the young man was arrested and charged with battery of a police officer, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

A spokesperson for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said Sheriff Newell Normand has a copy of the video, is monitoring an internal review of the matter and when he has something to say about the situation, he’ll do so.
