To add to her list of odd collaborations, Mariah Carey debuted “You Don’t Know What To Do” featuring Maybach Music rapper Wale this morning on NBC’s Today Show.
The “Bad” rapper teased his collaboration with Mariah earlier this year, and eventually revealed their collaboration wouldn’t be featured on his forthcoming album. Instead, the two unlikely collaborators added the song to Mariah’s fourteenth studio album.
Dressed in similar black and white outfits, Mariah and Wale performed “You Don’t Know What To Do” live for the first time. Earlier this week, Mariah also released her collaboration “Thirsty” featuring Rich Homie Quan.
The 44-year-old diva’s forthcoming album will feature guest appearances by Miguel, Trey Songz, Nas, Wale, and many more. Me. I Am Mariah…The Elusive Chanteuse is scheduled to drop May 27. Watch Mariah’s performance with Wale above.
