The first single off Lil Wayne’s forthcoming Tha Carter V album is “Believe Me,” featuring Drake. The official follow-up single is “Grindin”… also featuring Drake.
The rapper released the song moments ago, with NBA superstar Kevin Durant Instagramming the single’s cover art. (This is a new, interesting album strategy Wayne has: having NBA superstars help support the album through social media.)
“Grindin” features the rappers spitting over a Boi-1da, Vinylz, and Detail-produced beat. The song was released just hours before the two kick off their “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour in Buffalo, New York.
