Anyone else feeling just a little exhausted from all the award show excitement over the past couple of days? On Sunday night, the who’s who of Hollywood hit up the Video Music Awards, and the next day, some of them woke up to do it all over again – except this time with way more glitz and glamour.
Last night at the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards, some of the very best in television stepped out in their very best, like the cast of Orange is the New Black, for example. Although Netflix’s hit series didn’t walk away with any awards (with the exception of Uzo Aduba for “Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series”), the cast collectively won big on the red carpet.
“Crazy Eyes” was crazy stunning in a strapless, red floor-length gown by Christian Siriano, as were the rest of her castmates.
And red seemed to be the color of the evening, as it was seen on other stars like Claire Danes. White was another trending color, as seen on the likes of Laverne Cox, Sofia Vergara, Angela Bassett, and more.
