It’s no secret that Disclosure and Sam Smith are hip-hop fans, but this is completely unexpected. Last week, Sam Smith enlisted Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky to remix his single “I’m Not The Only One.”
Now, ScHoolboy lays a few verses down on “Latch,” rhyming, “take you to heaven and stop at the moon, stunt in July until the month of June/ hang on my arm while we freeze up the room, girl you the bomb, why don’t you tick up the room, boom.”
Earlier this year, ScHoolboy released his debut album, Oxymoron, which received great reviews. While ScHoolboy is touring across the country, his labelmates Ab-Soul and Kendrick Lamar are gearing up to embark on new journeys.
Ab-Soul kicked off his “These Days Tour” yesterday in Florida, and Kendrick Lamar finally announced his forthcoming new single “i.” “i” is slated to drop next week, but in the meantime, listen to Q’s remix below.
