Solange Knowles’s wedding to Alan Ferguson will forever be known as one of the coolest weddings of all time. From arriving on bikes, to the fact that she decided to wear a jumpsuit, and her entire wedding party wearing white, there was nothing conventional about the 28-year-old’s big day.

Even though pictures have been floating around on the Internet, since Sunday, the “Losing You” singer has finally opened up about her wedding. In a sweet Instagram post, Solo talks about all the feels she caught on her big day.

The pic was captioned:

“Yesterday, I had the best day of my life and ended it with an abundance of peace, love over flowing through me like never before. Words only understate the feelings I experienced , but I want to thank you for all of your beautiful sentiments. I’m now one, with the one.”

While she was at it, the new bride and proud mama also posted a video addressing the serious hive breakout that almost put a damper on her day, stating that nothing was going to stop her from getting down on the dance floor with her son Julez.

The cute vid was accompanied with the caption:

“Last but not least….:) Shout out to Benadryl yo, lol. NOTHING was gonna stop me from having my mother and son dance with Julez. My baby killed it and will forever remain my favorite dance parnter of all time. My heart will forever smile reliving the feeling our lil happy feet together.”

Solo’s wedding also proved that all was well in the Knowles household. Big sis Beyonce, along with Jay Z, and Blue Ivy, showed up and turned up with the rest of the attendees. To show that we all just need to get over it already, Solo named one of the buses at her wedding parade the “Boom Boom Room,” which is the former name of the NYC Standard Hotel nightclub where the infamous elevator fight went down.

Bey and Jay did not seem to mind at all. According to Us Weekly

Beyonce and Jay Z were totally into it and so affectionate. They both kept putting their hands on each other’s butts and they were dancing up a storm. Beyonce and Jay Z were so friendly to everyone and very gracious. They seemed so genuinely happy. They were having the best night.”
