After bursting onto the music scene with her Winter’s Diary mixtapes, Tink and her mentor Timbaland have been moving full speed ahead.

Recently, Timbaland stopped by Power 105’s The Breakfast Club and stirred the pot by playing what he claimed to be the original version of Rick Ross’ “Movin’ Bass” featuring Jay Z and Tink.

Soon after the interview aired, Rick Ross spoke out against Timbaland’s claims and maintained that Tink’s version wasn’t the original of the Hood Billionaire track.

Aside from the Ross controversy, Tink’s also been working with Andre 3000 on “UFO” and Brooklyn duo Sleigh Bells on “That Did It.”

Tink most recently enlisted the talents of popular Chicago director D.Gaines for her “Around The Clock” video featuring Breakfast Club DJ Charlamagne Tha God. The dark visual features Tink and Timbaland navigating their way through Chicago’s tough streets. Charlamagne doesn’t physically appear in the video, instead his poetic contribution appears via a television screen.

Tink’s currently readying her debut album due out in 2015; watch her newest video above.
