On his all-red-everything steeze, YG raps about being overlooked for “Best Rap Album” over the DJ Mustard-produced beat.
YG’s Blame It On The Streets short film and soundtrack are currently available. But YG isn’t the only rapper from Compton doing big things. Kendrick Lamar recently debuted a brand new untitled song off his forthcoming album on Comedy Central’s Colbert Report.
If K.Dot keeps it up, the best hip-hop albums of 2014 and 2015 may come from two kids from Compton.
