According to CNN, Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to a new hospital for treatment. The daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston was transferred to Atlanta’s Emory University Hospital on Monday, a source close to the family said.
After she was discovered unresponsive in her home in Roswell, an Atlanta suburb, she was rushed to the hospital where doctors placed her in a medically induced come. As of late Monday, she remained on a ventilator in the intensive care unit, a source close to the family said.
The status of her brain function won’t be known until the sedatives are reduced, the source told CNN.
The source close to the family told CNN that Brown’s eyes opened and closed a few times Monday, but that doctors told family members not to read too much into that movement.
Doctors were trying to reduce the sedatives to check Brown’s brain function, but decided to keep her in the coma for now, the source said.
The source added that Brown had some seizures on Monday.

Despite a TMZ report saying police found drugs in Bobbi Kristina Brown’s home following a second search, the Roswell Police Department told The Urban Daily that they have not, in fact, returned to the house since the incident that landed Brown in the hospital.
“We have not returned to the house since the incident, and we will not be making any further statements about this rescue call,” Lisa Holland, the Roswell Police Department’s Public Information Officer, said.
A police report also identified Maxwell Byron Lomas as the friend who was with Brown’s husband, Nick Gordon, when he found her face down in a bathtub Saturday.

While it is impossible to surmise the nature of the relationship between Lomas and Bobbi Kristina, a search of the Fulton County Jail records found that on January 14, 2015, Lomas was arrested and jailed on the following charges:
- Possession Of Firearm Or Knife During Commission Of Or Attempt To Commit Certain Felonies
- Possession of Alprazolam
- VGCSA – Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
Alprazolam, the drug at the center of the of the second charge, is a schedule IV controlled substance most commonly referred to by the brand name Xanax.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston and singer Bobby Brown, is said to be “fighting for her life” in a Georgia-area hospital after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub over the weekend.
Her condition remains unknown, but TMZ reports that police have found drugs in Brown’s house in the wake of the incident, according to family members.

We’ve confirmed … over the weekend cops went back a second time to search the house. The first time they went they found nothing, but we’re told they went a second time and seized several items.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … they believed from the beginning Bobbi Kristina ended up face down in a bathtub as a result of drugs.
As for why cops didn’t find anything during the first search … we’re told they were only looking for items that were “out in the open.” Law enforcement tells us the second search was more thorough.
Police did not confirm that the items found were drugs, TMZ reports, but family sources told the news website that is “indeed what was found.”
