Kim Kardashian went blonde and everyone seems to have an opinion on it. Well, Miley Cyrus got in on the jokes after a Photoshopped image hit the net and we must say, the whole thing is pretty damn funny.
The meme shows Miley dying the Kardashian’s hair with the classic photo of Kim’s crying face. Miley posted it on Instagram and tagged Kim and her hair stylist Justin Anderson.
