As usual, Kanye West stole the show at the annual TIME 100 Gala last night.

Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian arrived in New York City early yesterday morning to attend the prestigious event, which was held at the Upper West Side’s Lincoln Center.

Kanye, who was featured on the cover of this year’s TIME 100 issue, performed a medley of past and presents hits, including “Gold Digger,” “New Slaves,” “Touch The Sky,” “Black Skinhead,” “Wolves,” and “Runaway.”

Kanye reportedly entered the stage to James Brown’s “It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World” alongside a dozen Black men wearing tattered clothing and covered in white chalk.

Despite his claims of being focused 70 percent on fashion, the 37-year-old rapper is gearing up to release his seventh studio album, which is due out later on this year.
