For Manny Pacquiao, the fight isn’t over yet.
Pac-Man is being hit with a lawsuit for fighting Floyd Mayweather with a shoulder injury, as it’s being argued that fans, Pay-per-view buyers, and gamblers were subsequently “screwed” out of money.
TMZ has the details:
Manny Pacquiao and his fight promoters have been hit with a class action lawsuit by people who claim he screwed fans, Pay-per-view buyers and gamblers out of serious money by not disclosing his shoulder injury before the Mayweather fight.
TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada … in which Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran are suing on behalf of a class that feel cheated.
In the suit, Vanel and Rahbaran claim they are fighting “on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event.”
The plaintiffs are suing Pacquiao, Bob Arum, Top Rank Boxing and others for consumer fraud — and they’re demanding at least $5 MILLION in damages.
After people caught wind of the original lawsuit, a second class action suit was filed, this one filled with plaintiffs from L.A. They want $5 million in damages as well.

ESPN anchor Stuart Scott is no longer with us, but his loved ones, friends, and peers have not forgotten about the legacy he left behind.
Ernie Johnson was at last night’s Sports Emmys when he won the “Best Studio Host” award, but decided that the Emmy’s rightful owners were Scott’s daughters, Taelor and Sydni.
While handing the girls the award, he said sweetly: “This belongs to Stuart Scott, it all started with Stuart.”

The famed reality TV star, actress, author, and personality’s boobies will be on full display during an upcoming episode of Power.
While at The Breakfast Club, she told the radio show’s hosts:
“On “Power” this upcoming season (episode 4 to be exact), I have my first sex scene! Carmelo said he understands it, it’s my job, but he doesn’t want to watch it. Yeah [I’ll be topless]. And yeah [nipples will be out].
To be on “Power”, you have to sign a nudity clause off the bat. At some point, everybody has to show something. It was tasteful and respectful so I felt good about it. I’m acting, I’m taking it serious, it comes with a territory. What, are you never going to do a sex scene and you’re an actress? That’s unreasonable.”
