Say what you want about Kourtney Kardashian, but when it comes to her kids, she always keeps it one hundred and looks out for them first.
According to TMZ, Kourtney is making moves to file for joint custody of her and Scott Disick‘s three children.
Per TMZ:
Kardashian sources tell us, Kourtney believes 5-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 7-month-old Reign need to have a real, meaningful relationship with their dad. So she wants to hammer out a formal custody agreement which not only gives them joint custody … each will spend a substantial amount of time with the kids.
Kourt was seen last week headed to an attorney’s office, likely lawyering up ahead of the court motions. The attorney she met with is notable, as she’s previously worked with both Kim and Khloe on their divorce filings and is known for pushing for joint custody.
Kourt and Scott never married, but after spending nine years of their lives together and having three children, it’s likely they have shared assets to be separated.
