It appears Kylie Jenner has finally decided to ditch the temporary tresses.
After she wore yet another wig to the VMAs on Sunday, the newly-legal reality star has decided on a more permanent look. Rocking long blonde locks, Kylie debuted her new hair on Instagram and explained that it’s been months in the making:
Took months of not dying my hair and wearing wigs to get my hair back to health so I can do this!!
