Yesterday, Desiigner spent his night wooing industry insiders at Radio One’s fifth annual Blitz showcase.
While he was milly rocking and dabbing on stage, he was also gearing up to release his new collaboration with Rich The Kid. The two rap newcomers come together on a club track titled “Strippers.”
Global Grind caught up with the Brooklyn rapper to discuss his forthcoming LP Life Of Desiigner, as well as his contribution to Pusha T’s long-awaited solo sophomore LP King Push. The G.O.O.D Music signee revealed he planted the seeds for his infamous “Timmy Turner” freestyle two years ago, and that he’s been in the studio working on new music with Pusha T.
No word on when his debut LP will be released, but in the meantime, listen to his club anthem below.
