This 10,700 square-feet of living space behemoth of a house, known as Villa Colani, is located on the Spanish island of Majorca, and no you can’t afford it. Even if you sell the kids, wife and husband that you’re hiding from the rapist.

The house, designed by Luigi Colani, has more than 1,230 square feet of 24-carat gold, which weighed more than 60 pounds and costed more than $1 million.

German prince and talk show host Karl-Heinz Richard Furst von Sayn-Wittgenstein will only give the house’s price upon request. Luxist spotted the house on Ebay for $28 million.

The bright orange estate is a series of circular structures, connected by terraces, and water features. There are statue,s, blue marble columns, genuine gold mosaic in the bath, white spindle banisters, gold elliptical balls, iron gates, palm trees, and stone lion guardians.

Everything in the house runs by remote control: appliances, curtains, the close circuit TV, and security systems. Specialists and security experts from Austria, Germany and Switzerland were brought in for the installations. For those of you who have seen the movie Panic Room, there is a safe room.

All of the appliances were made by Sheer and flown in from Italy.
